Terms of service

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Omnivisum, a product of Dignizant Technologies LLP, which operates it. Using the product means you accept them.

What the service does

Omnivisum drafts content, tracks search rankings, measures how AI engines answer questions about your industry, and prepares outreach and social posts. It publishes and sends only what someone in your workspace has approved.

Your responsibilities

You need the right to connect the accounts and website you connect. You are responsible for what you approve: content that is published and email that is sent goes out in your name, and approving it is your decision, not ours.

Outreach email must comply with the law where your recipients are, including a real postal address and an honest unsubscribe. The platform requires an address before it will send, and suppresses anyone who opts out, but the obligation is yours.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or that AI engines will mention you. Those depend on your market and your competitors, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.

AI-generated content can be wrong. Every piece passes a quality check and then waits for your approval, and that approval step exists because the check is not a substitute for a person reading it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Third-party services the product depends on can change or fail, sometimes without notice.

We may change these terms. Anything that materially affects you will be told to you by email before it takes effect.

Cost, cancellation and refunds

What you pay is either the plan you chose, at the price published on the front page, or the amount set out in a written agreement with you. Plans are monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months, and are billed by Dignizant Technologies LLP through Razorpay. Ad spend is never included and never passes through us. Any change to what you pay is told to you by email 30 days before it takes effect. Every workspace has a spending limit that stops work rather than billing beyond it, so a surprise bill is not possible.

You can cancel from Settings at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a paid period, or the service was unavailable for most of a period, write to support@omnivisum.com and the unused part of that period is refunded to the card it was paid from, within 7 working days. You can also ask us to close your workspace and erase its data at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. That is a real limit and it is worth knowing before you rely on this for something critical.
